Dinner Reservations

We offer dinner service Thursday through Sunday evenings from 5–10 PM. Groups larger than 8, please call ahead so we can prepare your space.

Factory Tours

See how we handcraft every noodle! Tours run Saturdays and Sundays at 2 PM. Each tour includes a small tasting and lasts around 45 minutes.
